Shipping, Returns & Cancellation Policies

Product Fulfillment (GLP-1 & Wellness Products)

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Prescription Products: Orders requiring a prescription (including GLP-1 and peptide therapies) will be fulfilled only after medical forms, labs (if required), and provider approval are complete.
  • Shipping Time: Once approved and processed, products typically ship within 2–4 business days. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Method: All products are shipped via reliable, trackable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Delivery Estimates: Most customers receive orders within 5–7 business days from the date of approval and processing. Delivery times may vary based on location or unexpected carrier delays.

Service Fulfillment (Telemedicine & Consultations)

  • Appointment Scheduling: Telemedicine consultations are scheduled immediately after checkout or via the link emailed to you.
  • Service Delivery: All services are performed virtually by licensed medical professionals.
  • Timing: Most patients complete consultations within 1–3 business days depending on availability and required documentation.
  • Provider Review: Final prescriptions and treatment plans are issued only after a licensed provider completes the consultation and approves the treatment.

Product Refunds (Prescription & Wellness Products)

  • Prescription products cannot be returned or refunded once approved by a licensed provider or shipped by the partner pharmacy (per federal regulations).
  • If your prescription order has not yet been approved or processed, you may request cancellation for a full refund.
  • Non-prescription wellness products that are unopened may be returned within 14 days for a refund (shipping costs excluded).

Service Refunds (Consultations & Telemedicine)

  • If you have not yet completed your consultation, you may request a cancellation and full refund within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once a consultation is completed, service fees are non-refundable, regardless of treatment approval.
  • If a provider determines treatment is not medically appropriate, you will be refunded for any unfulfilled product items in your order.

Order Cancellation Requests

  • Email support@newagemd.com with your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days and reply with instructions or confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your products arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacements or corrections are provided at no extra cost.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed consultations
  • Approved prescriptions
  • Shipped prescription medications
  • Digital downloads or educational services (if applicable)
