Subscription Terms for 3-Month Medication Package
Thank you for choosing our telehealth and prescription service. By enrolling in the 3-month medication package, you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription and Billing:

The initial payment is charged upon enrollment, with subsequent payments automatically charged at approximately 4-week intervals for the second and third months. 2. Medication Shipment:
Following each successful payment, your prescribed medication will be shipped to the address provided. You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate and up to date. Please notify us promptly of any changes to your shipping address to avoid delays or misdelivery.
3. Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to the submission of a medication order to the pharmacy for processing.
